Pro: what it is and who it helps

Pro is an optional subscription for owners. Renting is entirely free and will stay that way: a renter needs no account and never pays Ekriha anything. The subscription gives four things: better placement in the home page selections, an availability calendar visitors can see on your listing, per-listing statistics (views and how many people asked for your number), and the Pro badge. The calendar is what saves you the most time in practice: when a renter sees a week is taken, they do not call to ask about it. That reduces useless calls rather than adding to them. What Pro does not do, plainly: it does not buy verification. The “Verified” badge is granted to agencies after official documents are checked, with no connection to payment. Pro adds no guarantee to your listing and does not exempt it from human review. When is it not worth it? If you have a single listing that is rented most of the time, the subscription will not add much. Pro helps if you have several listings, a short season to exploit, or an agency that wants to be seen. Payment is by CCP or BaridiMob: you upload the receipt, we check it by hand and activate the subscription. The receipt is stored in a closed private space and is never published.
