ekriha is a listings platform for car and property rentals that connects renters directly with owners. We are not a rental agency and are not a party to any contract between the two sides.

Accounts are for publishers only (agencies and property owners). Renting requires no account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your password confidential.

By ticking the consent box at signup you confirm you have read and accepted these terms, the privacy policy and the disclaimer.

You alone are responsible for the photos and information you publish. They must be real, current and yours. Fake listings lead to rejection or a permanent ban.

Every listing is reviewed manually before publication. We may refuse or suspend any listing without notice if it breaches these terms. Review does not guarantee the accuracy of the information.

ekriha never takes payment from renters. Pro subscriptions are the only fee the platform charges publishers, activated manually after the receipt is reviewed.

You may not publish unlawful or indecent content, impersonate others, attempt to compromise the platform, or scrape user data.

These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute between a renter and an owner is settled directly between them.

Pro is an optional service for publishers only; it never concerns renters. Payment is by bank transfer (BaridiMob) followed by uploading the receipt, and activation is manual, usually within 24 hours. The subscription does not auto-renew: it ends on its expiry date unless you renew it yourself, and we keep no payment method on file. If a transfer goes wrong or a subscription is activated in error, write to us and we will put it right. Otherwise, a period that has already started is not refundable. Pro provides visibility and organisation tools. It guarantees no number of calls and no number of rentals, and it is not a recommendation by Ekriha.

The platform may display paid advertising. An advert is clearly marked and kept separate from search results; it never affects how listings are ranked. Advertising content is the advertiser's sole responsibility: its presence on Ekriha is neither a recommendation nor a guarantee. For enquiries, use the address given on the Advertise page.

The photos and text you publish remain yours. By publishing them you grant Ekriha a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them on the platform, in search results and in link previews when shared, for as long as the listing stays published. You confirm that you hold the rights to what you publish and that the photos genuinely show the vehicle or home offered. Publishing photos taken from the internet or belonging to someone else will have the listing refused and may have the account blocked. The Ekriha name, logo and platform design belong to Ekriha and may not be used without written permission.

We may refuse or withdraw a listing, or block an account, where these terms are broken, where information proves inaccurate, or where a serious report affects user safety. We always try to give the reason and allow a correction: a refused listing can be edited and resubmitted. Serious cases — fraud, impersonation, repeat offences — may lead to a permanent block without notice. If you believe a decision is wrong, write to us and we will review it.

We do our best to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may pause for maintenance or for a technical reason beyond our control, and we are not liable for an opportunity missed as a result. These terms may change as the service or the law changes. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page, and continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it. If you do not, you may stop using the platform and ask for your account to be deleted.
